From Managing Marketing Alone to Delegating It and Finally Seeing Growth

Hire a Trained Virtual Marketing Assistant Who Handles the Writing, Posting, and Updating, So Your Marketing Stops Living in Your Head & Actually Gets Implemented

You didn't build this business so you could spend your Sunday night hunting for a stock photo that doesn't feel cheesy, updating your website for the fourth time this month, or trying to remember the password to your Google Business Profile.

You're good at what you do, but marketing it has quietly become a second, unpaid job, and you're not seeing the results you'd like to from the efforts you're putting in trying to DIY it.

So you've told yourself you need a whole team to fix it. Someone for SEO. Someone for social media. Someone for emails and blogs. The to-do list keeps growing, and you know this stuff matters, you just can't keep up with all of it yourself and it's getting expensive to hire all these different specialists to do it for you.

Maybe you've handed your marketing off to someone on your existing team, but marketing is not their specialty, and they don't have the strategy, knowledge, or skills to do it effectively.

No shade to them; Marketing is like learning a second language. It takes time (time you don't have).

Because while you're trying to figure it out, your ideal clients are deciding to work with your competitors. Simply because they have this part of business building figured out. They have a strong strategy and the support to sustainably implement it (and do it well).

What you need isn't a bigger team or another list of quick tips you compiled from social media. It's one person, trained in a modality that's already gotten people in your field real results, who works with you, not just for you, so you always know what's happening and why. Who can support you in creating marketing that actually grows interest in your services.

That's what a Virtual Marketing Assistant from Sabiartistry helps you do.

What Makes Our Assistants Different

Every VMA is trained in the proven SAFE marketing model (which has helped our clients double their caseloads, hit 20k months, and much more) before they're ever handed the keys to your accounts. That means you're not spending your first three months explaining how marketing works. They already get it.

This also isn't a marketplace where you're handed a name and a Calendly link and left to figure out the relationship yourself. We interview, vet, hire, onboard, and train your VMA. Then, before they write a single caption, we build your custom marketing strategy, so the person doing the work actually understands what they're executing and why, instead of just filling a content calendar to fill it.

They also come equipped, not just with the mindset, but with the actual skill set: social media management, email marketing, blog writing, Psychology Today writing, basic SEO, analyzing data, website updates, lead tracking, and client communications. You're not hiring three different freelancers to cover your all your marketing needs. It's one trained person, with the resources and training to handle what those people used to do.

And it doesn't stop at onboarding. Your VMA gets ongoing monthly training, so your strategy and the effectiveness of your marketing keep improving over time, instead of quietly going stale three months in.

You stay the expert. You stay the decision-maker. They handle the doing (the parts that have been eating your evenings and weekends for far too long).

The unique way in which we teach your marketing assistant is not only ethical, but also effective.

Client Case Study

When Jackie came to us, she was consistently showing up, posting on social media, attending networking events, and doing everything she had been told to do to grow her business. Despite her effort, she was still barely receiving any qualified leads, and her client inquiries felt unpredictable and discouraging.

What she really wanted was stability: a consistent flow of aligned client inquiries and a marketing system that actually converted her effort into income instead of burnout.

Within three months of working together, Jackie's marketing shifted from scattered to strategic, and the client inquiries followed. As we implemented the strategy together, that momentum turned into $66K in new leads within six months, $19K in sales in a single month, and a fully booked summer.

What Your Virtual Marketing
Assistant
Can do

  • Blog writing and uploading

  • Email writing, formatting, and inbox management

  • Psychology Today profile writing and updates

  • Google Business Profile setup and updates

  • Content planning and Canva graphic design

  • Caption writing, content scheduling, and repurposing

  • Analyzing analytics and building simple, readable reports

  • Website content writing and updates (Squarespace and Wix)

  • Essential SEO

  • Lead tracking, so you know an inquiry didn't just fall into a black hole

  • Community engagement (if included in your scope)

  • Promotion, email reminders, and content for events

What Your Virtual Marketing
Assistant
Can't do

Some things stay outside VMA scope on purpose, because they need your judgement call, fall out of the scope of marketing, or require a deeper dive with a different kind of specialist:

  • Paid ad management

  • Sales or consultation calls

  • Branding

  • Website development or coding

  • Original video content creation (they can edit and repurpose what you film, but the camera part is still you)

  • Advanced or technical SEO

  • Strategic consulting

  • Client onboarding or ongoing client management

  • Hosting, attending, or coordinating logistics for events

What's Included

Every engagement starts with a real strategic foundation, not a task list handed to a stranger.

  • A complete business audit and custom marketing strategy, built around who you actually want walking through your door (or logging onto your call)

  • A pre-vetted, trained Virtual Marketing Assistant, matched to your business

  • A guided onboarding call between you and your VMA, using a checklist built specifically for that call, so nothing important slips through

  • A working agreement outlining scope of work (including a 30-day cancellation notice), so you're never locked into something that isn't working

  • Shared systems set up and ready on day one: WhatsApp channel for quick communication, Google Drive for your files, and more!

  • Monthly training for your marketing assistant, so your marketing becomes more effective as time goes on

Client Case Study

Before working with us, Briana's marketing was being handled by her executive assistant, in between everything else on their plate. Posts went out inconsistently, and despite the effort, the leads just weren't coming in. She knew her work deserved better than "whenever we get to it," and she was ready to hand it off to someone who actually specialized in marketing, not someone squeezing it in around other tasks.

Once we stepped in and built a real strategy behind her content, we saw a shift. Results included: generating $10K in leads in one week, welcoming 18 new clients into her group program in one week, and more. She now consistently hears "I love your content!" from those in her community.

Her marketing finally works the way it's supposed to, running in the background, right on schedule, and taking up less than 3 hours a month of her already full calendar.

Our Packages

Onboarding includes an initial investment of $500 (one-time), which covers the complete business audit, custom marketing strategy, VMA pre-interviews, and full onboarding, before any monthly work begins.

How It Works

Step One: Strategy First

Before your VMA touches a single caption, we complete a full business overview and build your custom marketing strategy. So instead of guessing what to do and when, they're following a plan that's actually built specifically for your business and with your ideal client in mind.

Step Two: Interview & Match

Your VMA is pre-qualified on content creation, social media management, Canva, website platforms, and email and blog writing, then matched to your business with your working style and communication preferences in mind.

Step Three: Onboard

Contracts, communication expectations, and logistics get handled up front. You'll know exactly what your VMA can do, what's outside their scope, and what's still on you to provide, like your photos, your video content, and your client story details.

Step Four: Onboarding Call

You and your VMA meet together and walk through your strategy using a guided checklist, so day one feels like a real handoff, not an awkward first date where nobody knows what to say.

Step Five: Execute

Your VMA gets to work inside shared systems, with oversight built in, so you're never left wondering what's happening with your marketing or why that Instagram caption said what it said.

Who this is for...

This is for you if…

  • You're a service provider with an established business, raw content, systems, and marketing that's ready to be handed off

  • You've noticed your socials, website, blog, or directory profiles hasn't been updated in months, and you know it

  • You want marketing done consistently, without it living in your head or getting tossed up at 10pm after a long day

  • You care about doing this ethically and don't want to trade that for convenience

  • You want real oversight and strategy behind the work, not just someone taking tasks off a list

  • You can provide the photos, video, and insight about your business so your VMA needs to actually do the work well

Who this is not for...

This is NOT for you if…

  • You don't yet have a clear offer

  • You're looking for someone to build your brand or website from the ground up

  • You want a completely hands-off hire with zero check-ins, oversight, or involvement from you

  • You need paid ad management or someone to run your sales calls

  • You can't provide raw content, like photos, video, or client story details, for your VMA to work with

About
9Z8A8735 (1).jpg

I know what it's like to be in your shoes.

I created the Virtual Marketing Assistant program because I saw a gap.

I kept seeing helping professionals and service-based business owners doing incredible, life-changing work but struggling to get that work in front of the people who needed it most, not because they didn't understand marketing, but because they didn't have the time, capacity, or team to actually execute it.

So I built a solution that honors both: the standards their clients deserve, and the capacity the business owner actually has.

A trained Virtual Marketing Assistant who understands the nuance of this work, backed by real strategy and ongoing training, so the marketing gets done right, not just done fast, and not left entirely in the business owner's hands.

My goal is simple: to help you stay consistent, get real results, and expand your impact, without marketing becoming the thing that burns you out.

Because the people who are changing lives deserve to have thriving businesses, too, without having to be their own marketing department to get there.

FAQ

1 / Is my VMA a full-time employee?

Your VMA is not your full-time employee. They work on a 1099 contract basis with a defined monthly hour allotment. You'll get a clear "need to know" overview during onboarding covering what that means for you and for them.

2 / Can I cancel if it's not the right fit?

Yes, engagements can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

3 / What if my VMA doesn't understand my niche?

Every VMA is trained in creative, conscious marketing principles before working with clients, and is matched and onboarded using your specific business overview and strategy, not a generic template pulled off a shelf.

4 / Do unused hours roll over?

Not currently, we set it up as hours per month so they can be used flexibly, and as part of the initial marketing strategy, we map out exactly how those hours will be used so you're getting the most out of them and there isn't a leftover balance at the end of the month. Since the hours are paid for in advance, they don't carry forward, so planning ahead together helps make sure nothing goes to waste.

5 / What do I actually need to provide?

Photos, video content, access to your accounts and platforms, and timely feedback during your onboarding call and ongoing check-ins. Your VMA handles the writing, scheduling, updating, and reporting, not the raw content capture.

6 / What if I need more than what's in VMA scope?

Paid ads, sales calls, branding, website builds, technical SEO, and strategic consulting fall outside VMA scope. Ask us for a referral or about pairing this with mentorship if you want that support too.

7 / How do we communicate day to day?

Most clients communicate with their VMA through WhatsApp, with shared files in Google Drive and content or scheduling managed through Metricool.
